Day 3 " Nail It" in "Created to Create."
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1:9
This devotional got to me this time & brought something out in me that I didn't anticipate. I lay things down every single day, but this was something embedded in my heart that I guess I had never thought to nail to the cross. But in this new season that I'm in now, it was quite timely. So for me "Time Wasted" was what the Lord said that I needed to let go of. To rid myself of the guilt. That I not only placed on myself but what others threw my way. He used the "Time Wasted" in my life to infiltrate my heart & change me. I developed a relationship with Jesus that I never had in my whole Christian life. It's deeper. He's literally my best friend. The "Time Wasted" doing deeds or being involved in church was a time for growing in Him. Life takes us to unexpected places, where we often find ourselves clueless to how we got there. I'm so grateful that Jesus is my confidant & He has been by my side throughout it all. I'm excited to nail this to the cross & get down to some joyful life changing experiences. When you tell God you are ready to move out of your comfort zones, He doesn't play around! No more wasted time!
