The Ladies of Ivy Cottage ~ Book Review

If you read "The Innkeeper of Ivy Hill", by Julie Klassen the you must get "The Ladies of Ivy Cottage", the 2nd book in the series. It's a perfectly sweet continuation to the first book. Such a nice thick book to delve into. Klassen takes the time to allow her characters to come to life. Which I enjoy. I like seeing the characters develop. It ties in with the first book & leaves you wanting more to come in the next book. In this one, it revolved around Rachel, who is a guest at Ivy Cottage. Being a woman in this period in time, without a man in her life she doesn't have many options to provide for herself. As the little bit of money she has left, she opens a circulating library from some books that she inherited. These books hold some mysteries that she soon discovers.
There are other side stories weaved throughout the pages as well. Klassen has written another great one!

I received this book from Bethany House for my honest review.
