The Wedding Shop ~Book Review

I have never had the pleasure of reading a book written by Rachel Hauck. "The Wedding Shop" is the first of her books that I have read. It will certainly not be the last. What a wonderful author she is! Her attention to detail is perfect. This particular story takes place over 2 generations. One being set in 1930's with Cora, who has inherited her great aunts bridal shop. The other is Haley, who more than 80 years later decides to reopen the once glamorous, now abandoned bridal shop. These two women's lives are showcased & woven together through time. Their stories are uncovered as their dreams of love are realized. I really enjoy books that go back & forth through periods in time. And this one was done with ease. It was a delight to devote time to & I was drawn in. If you are someone who loves historical fiction, I'm sure you will enjoy this book as much as I did. If you are someone who would rather read a modern tale, this is for you as well. And if you just enjoy a good book that holds your attention & leaves you feeling satisfied, this is for you also!

I received a copy of this book from Book Look Bloggers for my honest review.
