"My comfort in my suffering is this:Your promise preserves my life."
Psalm 119:50

This horrific tragedy that took place in Orlando has not left my mind. I've shed many tears. Cried on the phone with friend that this massacre has ravaged their community. And yes...Prayed. Even though many are so hurt, that's the last thing they want from a Christian. But praying is what I do. If you know me, you know that I have always had a huge heart for the LGBT community. Yesterday I had the TV on continuous news coverage & as I walked by they were showing images of different places around the world showing their solidarity with lights lit up in rainbow colors. I heard the Lord speak so loudly in my heart & He said "Whenever you see a rainbow, no matter where it is...It's still Me. It's still My PROMISE!"
I know many Christians have no clue how to respond to something like this. But the one thing I do know for sure is that love is always the answer. Just "I love you" without restrictions. No, ifs, ands or buts, just "I love you."
