This little snickerdoodle turns 64 today! I wanted to say a little something. Like most mother/daughter relationships...Ours has had it ups & downs. But over the years as we both have gotten older & both allowed the Lord to evolve us spiritually, we have grown closer than ever. This past year has been extra difficult on me physically & Mom has taken me to every Doctor's appointment. One day after one of my Doctor visits, I told Mom that I honestly didn't know what I would do without her. It's the darn tootin' truth too! She's been a blessing in tons of ways. Too many to count! I love you, Mom...More than I could ever express! I hope this year is full of overwhelming favor. That God's unmatchless love & goodness consumes you & all that you do! And one more thing....I think it's pretty nifty that you were born just a month shy of the 1951 premiere of "I Love Lucy." I mean come on? Just think...Granny was probably holding just a wee bitty you, as she watched the greatest show ever for the very first time! Happy Birthday! And here's to many, many, many more to come!
