The more I think about it, the more I really am considering taking up yoga. I do need to do some exercise, but I can not do high impact things. Yoga would be good for me & for my back. I need to check out to see what all I may need to get started. I will for sure need to start out as basic as I can. I don't nee to go hog wild at first.
